Legitimate reason of the Personal Data Inspector on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) in the form of direct marketing of own products or services.
Where the consent is given to receive commercial communications by electronic means or to use the consent of telecommunications terminal equipment and automated calling systems for the purposes of direct marketing, it shall be based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Personal data may be transferred to entities authorized under the law, and to courier companies in the scope of any magazine’s dispatch.
Personal data is stored until you object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, or until you withdraw your consent to receive commercial information electronically or consent to the use of the consent of telecommunications terminal equipment and automated calling systems for the purposes of direct marketing and, after these periods, in accordance with the law, for the period of limitation of any claims.

The person submitting his/her data has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Data will not be transferred to third countries.
The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to receive a quarterly magazine or to inform about products or services offered by PRONAR.
