PRONAR WHEELS – UNLESSLY RELIABLE

01 | THE PROJECT10%

10%

Our engineers design wheels based on European and global ETRTO, EUWA and TRA standards.

02 | VISUALISATION20%
20%

We create a wheel design in 3D to evaluate its appearance and technical parameters.

03 | RAW MATERIAL30%
30%

We order steel from reliable suppliers – U.S. Steel and ArcelorMittal.

04 | STEEL PREPARATION40%
40%

We store steel in our own steel warehouse in Narew, where we cut the material to the appropriate size in preparation for further processing during production.

05 | BARE RIM PROFILING50%
50%

We create bare rims with thickness of up to 10 mm and a width of up to 44 inches on the production lines for profiling bare rims designed and produced at PRONAR.

06 | STAMPING DISCS60%
60%

Pronar factory in Narewka cuts and stamps wheel discs.

07 | WELDING OF COMPONENTS70%
70%

Steel wheels, discs and bare rims are welded  by our welding robots. Thanks to them we can maintain the highest repeatability of our wheels.

08 | SURFACE PROTECTION80%
80%

The welded wheels are passed to the paint shop. Here, first of all, we secure their surface using modern and ecological solutions – nanoceramics and cataphoresis. This combination guarantees high corrosion resistance and excellent surface preparation for painting.

09 | POWDER PAINTING90%
90%

The wheels are powder coated on our automated painting line. We offer clients a full range of RAL colours, including special colours.

10 | TESTS AND TRIALS100%
100%

Before the wheels reach customers, we conduct a number of trials and tests in our Research and Development Center and independent laboratories with which we cooperate. The checks include: FEM (MES) computer analysis, load-driving simulation, cornering simulation, testing of chemical composition, hardness, impact strength and fatigue life of steel, micro- and macroscopic tests, ultrasonic and X-ray tests, and tests of paint coating durability in a salt chamber climate.
